Olsen Deronvil
Olsen Deronvil joins Choice Engineering with 8 years of experience in signalization, lighting and traffic engineering on Florida’s transportation infrastructure. His career has focused on various aspects of traffic engineering and traffic design projects in North, South, and Central Florida for FDOT District’s 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7, Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (MDX), Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise (FTE), Miami-Dade County, and the city of Orlando. Olsen’s expertise extends to interchange, corridor, and intersection lighting design, multidisciplinary review efforts, traffic studies, and signal design.
As Senior Designer, Olsen hopes to contribute his dedication and enthusiasm in the current and future transportation projects at Choice Engineering. With his diverse professional and technical experience, it is his focus to serve and ensure the satisfaction of the firm’s current and future clients.

Cristina Morales
Cristina Morales is a 2018 Civil Engineer FIU graduate specializing in the Transportation field. She began her career as an intern at Choice Engineering and worked hard to become a key staff member supporting traffic and roadway engineers. As a result of her distinguished performance as an intern, she earned a full-time position as a Transportation Engineer. Cristina has gained experience including ADA assessments, safety and fatal crash reviews, traffic operations and safety analysis, traffic impact studies, and traffic signal plans development.
As a Transportation Engineer, Cristina hopes to one day, through the help of traffic simulations, make a significant contribution for the improvement of traffic in the City of Hialeah.
Working at Choice Engineering has proven to be an excellent decision. We not only work together, but also enjoy of amusing moments together. Winston Lucky
Winston Lucky is our Senior Highway Designer and Lead Roadway Engineer. He joins Choice Engineering with more than 26 years of experience as a project manager for various projects in FDOT District 6, FDOT District 4, Miami-Dade County, Broward County and various municipalities. Winston’s career has been focused on design and constructability of major and minor roadway design including roadway drainage, traffic control, signing and pavement marking projects. Winston has effectively managed contracts for Reconstruction, RRR, districtwide miscellaneous design and traffic operations push-button, safety improvement, land development, infrastructure, and CEI projects.
As Senior Highway Designer and Lead Roadway Engineer, Winston hopes to help build the Choice’s Engineering practice in roadway and expand it to include infrastructure projects. He looks forward to continuing mentoring young engineers and technicians in their chosen profession.
