Williams S. Vasquez – “Sammy” , has 15 years of experience in the development and integration of location technology for fleet management, software design, and connected devices. He joined Choice Engineering Consultants in January 2022. He has acquired considerable experience in traffic data collection. He collects, computes, analyzes ad interprets various types of vehicles and pedestrian traffic data, including turning movement counts, travel time & delay counts, pedestrian/bicycle counts, and others.
He has extensive experience using MicroStation to prepare conditions and collision diagrams. He also has extensive skills in the preparation of various tables and figures to summarize traffic and collision data.
