Yevgeny Sherman, EI is a senior designer with over 40 years of experience working on complex transportation specific projects. His engineering design experience throughout Florida includes engineering related computation and design of geometric horizontal and vertical alignments of most elements of roadways, including preparation of project quantities and cost estimate, and utility coordination. He has also acted as Lead Reviewer for the FDOT D6 office providing comments on the contract packages prepared by the in-house design section or consultant design team based on a General Engineering Consultant contract. Reviews spanned across multiple project disciplines, including roadways, drainage, and signing and pavement markings. Yevgeny is also experienced as a land surveyor. His technical knowledge includes MicroStation, AutoCAD, GEOPAK Civil Engineering Suite, FDOT SS10 CADD Software (as well as SS2 and SS4), and FDOT ERC Application.
